Hi Vicki! I am doing great, hope you are too! I am always looking for a new way to make something in the kitchen. These pork chops are wicked good. The seasoning with the cornbread stuffing just make the meat so good. I am always a fan of spinach when done right. I can do canned or frozen, but I like to buy fresh when I can. And this was cheap, only about 2.50 per bag. I couldn't pass it up. This is one of my favorite ways to make it, since the cheese and garlic kick up the taste. Wow, that sounds like an experience. I guess we all have to learn. I know I had my share of mess-ups in the beginning. You just have to keep going. I am always paranoid i will forget something in the recipes I do, so i triple-check,lol.

Hi Vicki! I gotta tell you, when I made these, they were so good. Afterward, I had no desire to buy Little Debbie.....(My apologies to the folks at Little Debbie). Everyone who came through my house wiped these out, lol. And no, I did not feel guilty for eating them. That cream filling I made up for the inside was too good, I could have eaten it with a spoon. Hi Vicky! You are very welcome. I try to keep these videos interesting. I have one coming up that is for Chicken Parmesan over noodles. I just filmed it, and it was so good. But as far as the sugar is concerned, I do it with certain things to curb the hard acidity of the tomatoes. Plus, when you mix that sauce with cheese, it just works. If I were a braver man, I would do this old school like my Grandma, who was a full Italian. She was amazing in the kitchen, but I learned so much from her. She was this funny little lady who ruled the house, even though she married a full Cherokee. What a crazy mix. So I carry the Italian, but I am 3/4 Cherokee. Welcome to my crazy life. Best Wishes. I am a fan of the block cheese. The bag never melts right. I haven't had any issues with the grate size I use. Usually melts well. In the end, this is just a good meal. Have a great weekend!
